my first time trying Jungle Bowls for their açaí, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, one of the employees looked directly at me, made a facial expression, and immediately began speaking in Spanish to the other staff member after making eye contact with me. I don’t know what was said, but the timing made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The store was somewhat busy, so I completely understood having to wait. However, instead of acknowledging me or letting me know someone would be with me shortly, I was ignored for over 10 minutes Standing there waiting while employees chatted made me feel ignored, disrespected, and embarrassed. A simple “We’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. I ended up leaving without ordering because the lack of basic customer service was unacceptable. 😀I was genuinely excited to try Jungle Bowls for the first time, but this experience completely changed my impression. I won’t be returning until customer service improves. 👍

DO NOT COME HERE, I GOT THE VIRUS!!! Went here early morning a few days ago because I was going on a road trip. During my trip back home my stomach started hurting so much, I took a pit stop and turns out I got the virus that was going around. Please do not come here, when I ate the bowl I felt something off about the fruits, they were going brown and just simply tasted off. Not to mention I don’t know if that man with tattoos early morning was the manager or not but so rude and no respect whatsoever so ever. I can’t believe the one time I came into the city to try out a bowl place I got the virus and met with an extremely rude employee or janitor.

They have a quaint charm to them. The prices are fair and the drinks are good quality. The piña colada didn't taste like much. It was watery. The other smoothies had a better consistency so I'm not sure what happened with the piña colada. We come here about once a year and have an enjoyable experience each time

I previously purchased a protein shake (which was really good) from here and was looking for a quick small lunch option today. The worker was friendly and helpful in answering some questions and recommended the Jungle Bowl which tasted great. I would actually consider it as a dessert too if I wanted something heathier. In checking the menu more closely after, I’ll consider ordering their juice and oatmeal options next time I pass by.

Their price for 2 toasts is such a steal. Usually avocado toasts at other spots are pricier. The Pico de Gallo Toast is one of the best avocado toasts I've ever had. The Avofeta Toast was also good. This is my new favorite spot for avocado toast! I excited to try their bowls next time too!
